What delivery address should I use?

We do not deliver to post office boxes.
Business addresses are recommended as all deliveries are 'authority to leave'.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs vary depending on the quantity and product/s you order and your delivery location.

You can get an accurate shipping cost by adding items to your cart and entering your postcode.
You can change the quantity and postcodes to compare prices and rates - you can do this prior to making the order.

Alternatively, you can arrange for your own courier to collect you order from our Ingleburn NSW warehouse.
We can provide carton sizes and weights if needed.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Delivery costs vary depending on the quantity and product/s you order and your delivery location.

You will receive a dispatch notification email from us containing a consignment tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the consignment number that was emailed to you in your dispatch notification email.

I have only received 2 of the 3 boxes that I am expecting, what should I do?

Not all our products are at our Ingleburn warehouse, so deliveries may arrive separately.
Or occasionally a carton may have been separated from the others during transit.

You can track your order using the consignment number in the dispatch notification email that you received, as it may be on board for delivery.
If it has been a few days or you are unsure, please call us on 1300 874 559 or email sales@smartbag.com.au and we will help.

Security: Are my details secure?

We do not pass on your information to any third parties.

We do not hold credit card details and all payment information is encrypted securely.

You can also opt out of receiving promo emails using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

Do you accept returns/refunds for change of mind?

We do accept return for non-customised products.

What if the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered?

Smartbag will replace faulty goods or incorrect goods.

About Click & Collect.

You can only pick up products with the code beginning WRSB.
If the pick-up option is not available at checkout, some or all of your order cannot be picked up.
Please place your order online and at checkout, choose the pick-up option if displayed.

Delivery cost will not be added to your order.
We will email you when the order is ready to collect along with instructions regarding how to collect from our warehouse.

I can't see where to upload my artwork for a printed order.

Once you place your order there is a link to upload your artwork.
You can also send your artwork to sales@smartbag.com.au or reply to your thank you email.

What is the best format for my artwork, and do I see a proof before printing?
All artwork/ logos should be high resolution files in eps, pdf or jpg.
Please forward your artwork or logo to sales@smartbag.com.au and we will advise if usable.
