Screen print is the most economical way to print. Gives high quality results, but generally must be pantone spot colours with no shading. Simple shading can be achieved using dots or other methods, but artwork must be presented in a high resolution file.
Full colour, photographic quality is achieved either by a heat transfer or laminated print. Heat transfer is used for areas between 10cm x 11cm and 35cm x 25cm. Lamination covers the entire bag and is available in gloss or matte finish.
Send us your artwork/logo by email in the best file you have. For simple artwork a simple file is generally acceptable (word doc for example). More complex artwork requires more complex files (PDF, Jpg or eps) of at least 180dpi (preferably 300dpi). If the file looks pixelated or jagged at the edges, then a re-creation fee may be payable to sharpen it up for print. If in doubt, send us your artwork and we will advise.
